Crafting Broadcast Excellence

Windfall Productions was founded in 1980 by President and Executive Producer Ralph J. Mole' to provide production services for ESPN. Over four decades, Windfall has grown into one of the most respected names in sports and entertainment television overseeing 1,500+ productions and earning 4 Emmy Awards, 2 Cable Ace Awards, and more than 15 total industry honors.

Ralph directed Olympic coverage for ABC (Los Angeles), NBC (Seoul and Barcelona), and served as Track & Field host broadcast director at the 1996 Atlanta Games viewed by nearly 2 billion people globally. His pioneering work in multi-camera and rider-mounted filming techniques earned a 2005 Winter X Games Emmy Award for revolutionizing how action sports are broadcast.

Windfall specializes in production, programming, operations, acquisitions, development, and distribution across all media platforms with deep roots in Olympic sports, motorsports, action sports, and documentary storytelling.
